DA PLACEHOLDERS ARE NO LONGER USED

1. Copied all files to replace the global (Danny B's) one for Amplified.
(Haven't deleted previous files yet, since the placeholders may still work in preDLC.)
2. Activated Fortissimole vocal by default.
