This *should* fix the issues several people are having with Job Offers not doing what they are advertised to do, including some wonky space time shenanigans and giving you an Arctic Explorer when you totally asked for a Drug Scientist

*HOPEFULLY* finally fixed the issues with the Arctic Crewmember. If this doesn't fix it, I'm going to pull my hair out :L

Steam did a derp and didn't preserve the folder structure properly, so scripts weren't loading. This should now be fixed. Damn squid people ruining everything, I swear >.>
