Happy Belated New Year

New shit:
Some sort of 6 Chime off Great Smoky Mountains Railroad S160 #1702 back in 1990
Santa Fe 6 Chime off Texas and Pacific #316 from 1989
Fixed the Great Northern 5 Chime Loop
and replaced "baldwin_bell2" with the bell off Santa Fe #1316
