Added the tower but there is not much lighting in it right now. You will have to give me time to add more into the map, when I have the time to do it.

Fixed the banking in one area. Added yellow lines in a few areas, and put pit boxes all on pit road, etc.

The flag stand now has the buttons for the track lights.
