Sanity boosted to 250 to match Wickerbottoms

I have another version that incorporates Caitlins speed form, called "spirit/bat" form. I can't make the textures work nor have different textures other than hers. If someone can help out, DM me. This version has not be released/won't be until i fix the animation issues.

I can also add the others, but i need textures and some help on coding.

Fixed a potential bug involving phase changes in caves.

Human blood now restores 10 penalized max health
Multiplier for restoring penalized max health from lifesteal increased to 0.5 from 0.25

Damage buff at full health reduced to 12.5% from 25%
Damage buff from consuming blood increased to 25% from 12.5%
Duration of damage buff from blood increased to 30 seconds from 20

Fixed various dialogue typos and a few missing lines
