The Vampire Verdict

+ Vampiric Esscence: Adds a Victim Counter, every time you kill with this weapon, you gain 5% Max Health, Speed, Damage, and Damage Resistance. (Maximum Bonus Amount: 50% = 10 Kills)
- 25 Base Health on wearer.
- Bonuses only applied when in use.
