1) He found out that the architect building Margete's house forgot that staircases and support beams don't go well together.
2) That a couple of the NPCs are insomniacs. Think it was Cassius(?), the imperial guy in the manor, and either Olav or Margete in their house, who stood idly around next to their beds contemplating or trying to remember how those contraptions were to be used (timespan 1-3 AM).
