A lot of fun!!! Thanks.
Ali 8 Jan, 2021 @ 10:54am
nice and interesting
c4shurik 12 Jul, 2018 @ 10:33am
I like your maps!
lfairban 19 Jan, 2018 @ 12:02pm
Very interesting!
Petutski 7 Jul, 2016 @ 7:53pm
Clever chamber! Thanks.
rulestheworldasaurus 13 Oct, 2015 @ 1:34pm
Love the flying cubes, not only did it demonstrate Projectile Motion, but also made for a challenging puzzle!
D3M!5 14 Jul, 2015 @ 2:39pm
was i supposed to not use the funnel and the dot-button?
Bali 4 Feb, 2015 @ 1:32pm
I think this borders on too easy. Good job nonetheless. Perhaps an additional room and puzzle would make this feel more complete.
BUG 26 Jul, 2014 @ 8:25am
Fun chamber,thanks
Frezzer 26 Jun, 2014 @ 3:35am
hard one but clever and nice^^
The Sojourner 30 May, 2014 @ 5:04pm
How about mid-air collisions between two different cubes?
(Also, I didn't see the point of the caged falling cube.)
robin_z 27 May, 2014 @ 12:22pm
I enjoyed this, thank you.
Petutski 3 Apr, 2014 @ 1:46pm
Excellent display of physics! With examination it can be determined why the function of the caged cube is not at all unnecessary.
Lepo 12 Jan, 2014 @ 10:22am
Very nice, clever map design, nice puzzle, not really hard, but quite challenging. 7.5/10

That was neat! I liked it, and I've love to see more maps using this theme.

kimist108 2 Mar, 2013 @ 12:14pm
Fun. Title really helped.
Bayram 12 Jan, 2013 @ 3:25pm
Great fun, the mid-air cube collision was a great idea; you're thinking about this differently than other map makers. Audiodef needed to watch more closely to see the purpose of the walled-in button and funnel.
Double X 9 Jan, 2013 @ 5:18am
Very well calculated collisions. Nice job.
TimmahRap 15 Dec, 2012 @ 10:00am
No faith plates for projectile motion? It was a good puzzle, but I'm not really seeing the theme match...
Audiodef 22 Nov, 2012 @ 2:05pm
Easy puzzle, walled-in button and funnel were not necessary, and I didn't even figure out how they were used before I opened the exit.

Part 3 is finally here! It is similar to this part but has a different focus.
I Kinda Fail 16 Oct, 2012 @ 10:55pm
Good puzzle, but... What was the point of the funnel/light bridge/extra cube? I didn't use any of them to beat the puzzle... Were they just there as a distraction, or did they have some actual purpose?

Make some more man! These are great!
Jade BGE 12 Oct, 2012 @ 11:29am
Nice job phyics man. The solution did not go off like a lighbulb in my brain, it was totally trial and error on my part but to see it unfold was cool and I enjoyed the lesson very much. Thanks for your work.
cyc4015 11 Oct, 2012 @ 11:15pm
Very fun puzzle! I agree with the sentiment about the stray cube being odd, but the puzzle is so well though-out that it's easy to ignore. Great job!
NyanNyanKoneko 11 Oct, 2012 @ 9:46pm
One of those near perfect puzzles. Great job.
Nortisop029  [author] 11 Oct, 2012 @ 7:21pm
@Stric_Matic: I agree that it is a little wierd to have an unused cube like that, but I couldn't figure out any other way to get the lightbridge cube to drop at the right time. Also, I think it provides a hint having the cube visible. In my judgement, leaving the cube visible seemed like the better option.

By the way mikemoody, I just realized I misspelled your name in my last comment, and I apologize.
Stric_Matic 11 Oct, 2012 @ 2:38am
Good use of physics, but I was disappointed that one of the 4 cubes and the funnel had so little use. They weren't even puzzle elements, more like part of the cube-destroying mechanism that you had to bypass.
Mr Vapour Waterhandle 10 Oct, 2012 @ 8:29am
more fun than part 1, great, thanks
Nortisop029  [author] 9 Oct, 2012 @ 10:19pm
@makemoody: The collision setup is actually surprisingly simple. It turns out that if two objects start at the same height, and one of them is dropped while the other is launched horizontally, they will always collide (unless the ground gets in the way first, which means the point of collision would have been below the ground). It's a cool thing I learned a few weeks ago in physics class.
Zavinious Akkol 9 Oct, 2012 @ 2:52pm
Very nice setup - a small hadron collider for us to enjoy.
mikemoody 8 Oct, 2012 @ 11:23pm
Ha Ha Ha, That was fun, The red button that turned the tractor beam on had me puzzled until I saw that it also turned the light bridge off. Real nice job. How you got the 2 cubes to hit at the same time is beyond me.. Great job. Thanks
stormsend 8 Oct, 2012 @ 2:08pm
I wouldn't change a thing. I was pulling my hair out before a light came on and I said Oh, that's how you do it. Excellent puzzle. Thanks.
HMW 8 Oct, 2012 @ 8:29am
It might have been simpler to make the cubes hit two buttons that disable two intersecting light bridges, but this is fun too! (Figuring out the mechanism is more like an actual puzzle.)
Nortisop029  [author] 7 Oct, 2012 @ 6:31pm
When that cube lands on the button, it causes the cube on the light bridge to be dropped. The idea is that this occures at the same time that the other cube reaches the portal surface. I wish I could use a simpler setup that's clearer. I've been slowly learning how to use Hammer which might make it possible.

By the way, if anyone is having reliability issues I would be greatfull if you would let me know. It's occured to me that a lower frame rate might cause the mechanisms to be less reliable, but I have no way to test this myself.
ColonelCrazy 7 Oct, 2012 @ 5:28pm
TOO EASY! :P
izaq 7 Oct, 2012 @ 3:52pm
I don't get it, there was no mid-air collision so I'm assuming I did it wrong. I used the angled panel to get myself to where the cubes are. I also have no idea what the cube that hit the button and slowly got put into the deadly goo was for.
cyron43 7 Oct, 2012 @ 6:59am
Great map. Not too hard and not too easy.
Yunas 7 Oct, 2012 @ 5:23am
One of the best maps I have ever played. Ever. :D
mausilibaer 6 Oct, 2012 @ 1:58pm
Great map, thanks.
Chiscringle 6 Oct, 2012 @ 6:37am
Ah. Took me awhile to see where that was going.
