Its not working with units added by Renaissance Era Revised and Omnibus Buildings (which adds mercenaries). They still scale to small sizes.

3UC/4UC units are completely fine with this mod (at least it is fine with me, I don't know if it was not compatible back in January)
It is not compatible with The Enlightenment Era though.

I like the mod, but for some reason the archers are invisible. There's another mod that reskins units to make them ethnic, and same thing, invisible archers,

Just thought I'd let you know that your mod doesn't work for the units added with 3UC and 4UC mods. I'd really appreciate it if you felt like doing something about it.

Thank you! I really liked the RED models and I wished I could see them better. Also RED wasn't resizing units added by mods, which made everything look weird.

Thanks Nutzzz. The mod is enabled now. I have 2 other mods enabled: Culturally Linked Start Locations and Perfect World. I didn't expect them to affect graphics, but I'll disable them to see if I still get the graphics issue. Thanks again!

You won't be able to check the box for this mod if you haven't first checked the box for R.E.D. The tooltip error message isn't very helpful, hence the warning.

As for the icon issue, it sounds like there's some other mod conflict in the mix.

Either way, try clearing your cache [forums.civfanatics.com]. If you've downloaded a lot of mods, make sure you write down which ones are enabled because you'll have to re-enable them.

Hi, how do I FIRST activate RED Modpack and only after that the Ethnic Diversity mod? I had first subscribed to RED, then to Ethnic, enabled them both, but I'm still getting the RED multiple unit graphics. Also, some icons in the game are not showing (appear as black or pixelized squares).

As noted, R.E.D. Modpack itself is required to be activated first.

It depends on the mod, and whether the mod author has "Affects saved games" turned on. Most of my mods affect UI only, and can be enabled or disabled at any time with no ill effect.

Yes, I'm assuming that when you start a game with a set of Mods you can't add or remove any MODS, cause I haven't had any problems with my other moded games.

Joehtosis: Here's a general mod troubleshooting checklist [forums.civfanatics.com]. I suspect deleting the cache may do the trick (there's instructions how to do so below the checklist). It should trigger the download of missing mods. Note you'll have to re-enable all of your mods afterwards.

I haven't seen this issue elsewhere, so, not sure if I'm doing this incorrectly (not much to go off of).

I've subscribed to the R.E.D. modpack, subscribed to this mod, activated R.E.D., but this mod is nowhere to be found in my modlist. I pretty much have Civ V and all DLCs. I've deactivated and reactivated R.E.D. several times to check if anything would change but this one still just won't show itself in my activation list.

Not really sure where to go from here.

ya i asked and they said if you play france your tank or great war tank is a FT ranault or A7V for germany. to be honest these mods are amazing.

If you mean other than Giant Multiplayer Robot and Custom Advanced Setup, then no, I'm not aware of any way.

FYI, R.E.D. (for the most part) features new models, not simple retextures. Even with the straight retextures, though, we end up having to make duplicate copies of the 3D model to make it work.

Leave the scaling at Vanilla, please. If I want to play with utter realism I'll play ETW or Shhogun II. Antway, what's up with the Arabian infantry? I added it in one of my mods

Based on his comments of the one small change he made to the Arabian Great War Infantry, I shouldn't need to make any changes. I planned to test it last night; however, he hasn't posted it on CivFanatics yet, and the update badge didn't appear ingame when I tried briefly last night.

You want smaller than vanilla but not quite R.E.D. scale? That'd be a bitch to figure out and maintain, and I haven't heard clamoring for yet another scaling option (between Gedemon and I there's already Xtreme, R.E.D., J.E.D., R.U.G., and S.U.G. scales)... yet. Any others interested?
