@Zyros Y'know, except admirals, artists, writers, or musicians, or maybe engineers. Also, you can use a great prophet to spread religion three times, then gift it to a city-state and get the full influence so... pretty much every great person.

The Hakkapeliitta definately needed a little something extra. Not over-powered, synergizes well with the UA - in fact, it does more than that, it *saves* the vanilla UA, as generals are the only thing you'd realistically cash for influence. Excellent solution.
