Do you have a url for which "Ultimate Resource Pack"? There's at least ten of them. Tried a couple together and still no luck.
Additional info: I'm testing with no other workshop addons enabled.

Hmm, make sure you still have the Ultimate Resource Pack installed. The Beheadeds & Clones pack was just updated, and the bug comes from not finding stuff from that pack, make sure you have it downloaded/updated.

Upon using this mod on June 11th, 2013 we are greeted with the text "Unable to load level" when selecting this map. It would be splendid if my friends and I could continue to die on this map (aka please fix it mr. creator)!

You click "Subscribe". Then you start the game in Moddable Mode, and it will download the stuff for you.

Yes, I converted all useful textures from SSHD and SS2 into SS3, you can download them from their release thread on Seriously, if you want to use them in your maps.

That is weird, because the map doesn't use that enemy type. Are you sure there's no compatibility error with old versions?
