In survival you'll need a projector. In this case a projector for small grids. Select the blueprint in the projector's terminal menu, and go from there. I recommend off setting it to be away from the projector, and run a line of blocks to connect to the projection before you start welding. if you still need help on this part I would recommend looking up a guide on projectors.
