Report a translation problem
There are no addons for this map. Mostly due to the fact that at the time, I made the map for D3vine and was working with the server owner to get custom features. These features tied closely with the custom administration mod that was being used, and relied on the player's group.
The staff list and changelog boards have absolutely nothing special about them. There was going to be a script created that would display text on them (based on world coords), but it never ended up happening.
TL;DR:
There is no publicly available addon that will make the custom areas functional. You can code these functionalities on your own if you wish.
I am no longer part of TheD3vine and don't care if people use the trigger volumes in the map to create their own functionality. I will list the names of the trigger volumes and point entities in a discussion for those who wish to create their own scripts to work with the map.
