ok so i reinstalled the mods and i see them now its all good EXCEPT the bone merger addon i cant find it in the spawnmenu

Have you tried using the built-in search features in the spawnmenu? Have you tried CLICKING on the category to open it?

I cant find any of them in the tool list when i subscribe to them i see the category but nothing is there

Suggest to make a tool that allows you to put objects exactly (for example, wardrobe)
like a Stand pose tool, but with the props.
