Added more mods that were added with 1061

Removed: The Brute, Skell's Weapon Reskins, KFStatsX, Super Zombies
Added: KF-FakedPlayers, Door Messages, Visible Spectators

Im not sure if you still pay attention to this or not. First off, i would like to thank you for creating this. It saves so much time; However, I seem to have two problems. One of the mods is turning off my DLC so I can not buy the DLC in game. Second, the HUGE balance in money and price and gunslinger mod seems to be broken. Whenever activated, I can not buy anything from the trader. I realize you didn't make these mods but was wondering if you know how to fix them. Thank you for your time.

Just a bit more clarity on the previous comment, there is no map whitelist anymore all maps can level perks. Check out http://forums.tripwireinteractive.com/showthread.php?t=85228 for more information... don't know if I can make it any more clear...

A change in Tripwires map whitelist allows for all maps to be able to level perks. Removed the following maps from this whitelist pack:
