Well with a name like the "Return to Sender" and a mail theme, I think that this weapon could do with a more damage mirror style. something like say.

right click does not spin up barrel
damage -25%
as the heavy takes damage, it charges a bar that will give one giant shotgun blast of mail upon right click. mail does about 70 damage plus bleed for 5 seconds due to papercuts.

i think that the heavy should be holding the mailbox and letters should fire out of the opening and i think it should have decreased damage and cause bleeding or something like that

stats idea

(cosmetic effect, the mails will get sticked to enemys and surfices)
*shoots mail post that have lower speed compared to bullets and can be reflected, but have bigger hit box per mail (enemy has time to more time to dodge but if not, he wont survive from big paper storm)
*mail storm can block enemy,your and allies vision (justlike pyros with their flames)
+10 more knockback
+1 more bullet (mail) per shot (normal minigun shoots 4 bullets with 1 shot if you didnt know that already)
-25 lower damage (will mousty be negated by hitbox so you will still deal almost same damage as normal minigun)
- in extream long rainges the mail will drop faster to ground

(good gun for the ones that cant aim with normal minigun XD)

I think a nice effect would be (instead of shells popping out of the minigun) stamps and bits of envelopes should pop out!

This weapon would be awesome to see in game.

I agree that the letters in the barrels could probably come out. I think it was a nice idea, but it doesn't add anything to the look. I'd put them coming out of one mailbox or the other. Overall, once of the better heavy weapon designs. Not overly done or particularly gaudy. Nicely done.

also once again, i love the coloring

it would be cool if letters shot out, but they couldnt fit in the tiny barrels the bullets normally shoot out of. how about instead this gun shot stamps. and instead of shells coming out of the side, letters came out of the mailbox that is by the heavy's hand. Also since it shoots stamps, when u shoot a wall with it, u just see stamps sticking on the wall instead of bullet holes and the stamps would have your current team's logo on them.

sorry if im overdoing it but it would be cool if this gun could do all that.
