After I finish up this two item Silencer set, shield and weapon Ill defiantly come back to this and work some new items into the set.

Great idea and execution! The only thing thats wrong with me, is that you could make more items for the set :D Like replace the lantern with the metal ball they used to chain to prisoners legs kinda weapon, or make jiggle boned chains dangling behind him when he charges (shoulder or back piece). Anyway, great job :D
