The movement acceleration isn't really tight enough to effectively dodge projectiles at the last second, so the character has to start moving a fraction of a second before hand to actually move out of the way of something. The movement in general feels slightly unresponsive and "floaty. "Also, the Mercinary character's "melee" wave thing has a weird projectile that's awkward to hit with, and not in a fun way. Otherwise, I like the game; I keep trying again after I die, lul.

The shadow creatures scare the shit out of me, for some reason.

Wow... this was a pretty solid game! Only played through the first level though. I saw how you incorporated multiple game concepts that integrated quite nicely!

That first boss encounter was fricken sweet! I don't know if the boss encounters are random too but I dont want to spoil it for anyone either. That was a pleasant surprise. Thanks for that!
