How about THIS for a name: "The Fatal Faux Paux"

The reason behind this is that a failed backstab attempt by a Spy on an Engineer is almost certain death from his sentry gun (assuming it isn't sapped first), and "Faux Paux" is a French term basically meaning a humiliating blunder, adopted into the English language with the same meaning.

@BLAzE-EaGL(R) the fact of the matter is that it could use a more original name imho. Many names used by Valve are puns of sorts; try to think along those lines for the name.

yes the name " near miss " is cool but the name " Spy-Block " is better

A better name than the "Spy Block" could be the "Close Call" or "Near Miss"

Nice idea, but I would increase the realism of the blood, it looks very unnatural.
Take a look at the Ubersaw, note the blood. The helmet should also be glossy I think..?
