Just throwing it out there, depending on how much you wish to limit it, you can make it a greater power for one activation a day. Mind that this means both that it will not raise skills or have prequisites to use (much like shouts, but shouts need D.souls to use)

I was thinking some soldier voice clips when the spell is cast would be awesome. "Crocket!" "Cuh-rit!" "Boom!" Stuff like that, basically.
