Report a translation problem
Right now your creation looks like a giant fork with a pocket watch (or a pendulum) on the end... I suggest going for a different design. A more linear look on the middle part would be better, something that looks less like a fork. Maybe a single metal rod would do it with the clock on the end (as pendulums only hang from one string and not 5 or 6). You could add the golden details if you wanted to, atleast on the part binding the wooden handle with the middle part.
Right now I can't imagine this as a real TF2 weapon, I'm sorry. It needs improvement and possibly more items to support it (Similar weapons for other classes, perhaps, unless it's something heavily related to Demo, which... This isn't?).
Otherwise your model is well textured and well made but seems kind of off from TF2.
I liked your clock-shield though, it was a good idea.
