It could be a Nexus mod, or another mod out there on a different site. Also, the author may of removed it from said website(s) or Steam.

Can anyone tell me if this mod will make Skyrim run worse on my pc? I'm only getting 30-40fps on medium as it is and i don't want a mod that would decrease the performance further.

could do a mod where npcs can loose limbs, maybe use the skeleton base because they drop into pieces when they are killed XP
