(I have found some info about creating new factions, but not about replacement packs)
Please know that your works have really brought out the best in the campaigns, I tried playing it when I first got Arma 3 but I wasn't as interested in all the 'futuristic' elements so having something that I can relate to from my Arma 2 days has brought me back into the game that I absolutely love!
Greatly appreciated all your hard work and I hope you'll continue with this whenever you feel up to the task! :D
-The 7.62x39 AK-103 is now a wider issued supplemental firearm for more close ranged firepower, removing the remaining Katibas, and Recon and CSAT SOF forces have been given wider access to red dots and other optics, as well as more supressors, laser/light combos.
-Fixed some issues with CSAT Grenadier units, they should now be more effective.
-New hand grenades have replaces the base game M67, they are now using Russian RGO grenades instead. RGN's have been kept for their lighter weight.
-Added SFF logos
-Added Mod CCP for better identification of the mod for servers/clients
Hope you do modernize the Spetsnaz. Would be nice.
Regarding the LDF Elite, you could take the Campaign's "Elite 5th Batallion" as a base for it. It's mentioned in the first mission when talking to Major Homewood at the green container and asking about the location south-west of Nadbor.
"Home to the LDF's elite fifth regiment. You can identify them by their wolf's head insignia on their sleeves."
Hope this just helps or inspires you.
-As far as the Spetznaz go I may do one that just swaps the 2035 Spetznaz gear for gear that's similar to my existing Spetznaz mods, so it would be 2014-2019 Spetznaz instead.
-Considering making, like I did with the AAF 'Spathi', a SOF mini-expansion/overhaul to the LDF that gives them some Recon/Rangers/Commando type dudes, nothing more than a concept right now.
Are we going to see any of the Contact factions done, besides the Park Rangers?
Maybe the LDF, or the Spetsnaz?
-Added new AAF Lizard Camo uniforms and gear to the units.
-Minor gear tweaks.

I also have a Bohemia Forums Page here-

-RHIB boats added that can be used for river patrols.
-M-900 Sheriff helicopters can be used for airbourne searches for missing civilians or the rising smuggling trade in the region.
-Pilots added, to go with the M-900 Sheriff helicopter.
However, you can, for example, use RHS Syndikate alongside CUP or NIA FIA perfectly fine, without issues, it's only the same faction you cannot have multiple versions loaded at the same time.
I've simplified the naming scheme for all the faction mods, instead of SFF / SFF-R / SFF-C for Special Operations Forces Faction / RHS / CUP respectively I've change it to a much simpler scheme overall, and one that matches the format of the Overhauls as well.
Everything is now
FACTION NAME [main mod] for example International Police Special Units [NIA] or Polish GROM [RHS]
This should make it much easier to browse around my now 80+ factions and know what version you want to use.
