No, they're only fit for the Half Life 2 citizens and any character models that uses their heads

No, the glasses work with the standard HL2 citizens

And if there's a custom model that uses the HL2 citizen heads, granted the positioning of their head hasn't been modified, it should work with almost any custom model that uses the HL2 citizen head models
