I'd leave the Bandits unchanged for the Weald, that's basically where they dwell, having their own Boss there, but you could change the Ruin Bandits into tunnelers and slave drivers, who were trying to pry the last treasures the Estate bears from it.
Idea for Ruins: Standard look of the Bandits (no change) because i don't know anything that would fit the ruins well, so take a look at the weald
Idea for Weald: I know that standard Bandits originate from the Weald but i think a mushroom infested look would differantiate them better here
Idea for Crimson Court: (I am not sure if they are there or maybe this is something for the future and or other mods) - more bloodied look and maybe some bloodsucker/bug trophies maybe a stolen weapon and or baron invitations on them

i loved this ideia! i hope you continue with the support for other areas cause that makes the gameplay even more enjoyable with less repetitive enemies, and being only skins don't affect the balance of the game.
