before I was enrolled, but I unsubscribed because the mod has bugs, so I want you to fix the following: the cobalt hammer and the iron hammer consume inventory space although it is being considered that they are not there

@jovanokic Can you share the log of your dedicated server ? I can probably find the cause of issue with it, maybe even fix it.
However, Multi Worlds seems to have been abandoned by their devs, and I don't plan to support it long term. So you should start trying other mods (I recommend Tropical Experience, for a massive amount of content, but it is not completely stable)

Hi Swaggy, first of all I got to thank you for this fix, you have been amazing. :) Second thing I was kind of struggling to make my dedicated server stable with multiworlds megarandom and large size. Crashes on random rock pickups :/

Since the last DST update flames are invisible again, so I've completely disabled tungsten firepit now. Don't update the mod if you had tungsten firepits or it will crash.

Update:

Fixed a bug causing flameless firepits when playing with other mods such as "Cherry Biome" or "Tropical Experience".
To fix this bug I had to remove the "Tungsten firepit", it can still exist from your previous worlds but will no longer be craftable.

@Inside I've never met this issue and have no idea what could cause it. This is probably a problem in another mod.(Note: have not tested this mod during the last months)

Hello I have a problem that when I create a hammer in addition to the usual resources I propodayut from which the hammer is made and the hammer does not appear in the inventory and the slot in which it should be empty and if something is put in it then the item will return to the cursor.

Sorry Terra I have updated the mod again. Minor tweaks in boulder rates. You can still keep your old version if you managed to make the trick work (version is now 1.63)

It sure should. I've used this trick for years. The game only checks the version number and won't update if it's the right one. (Think about it: otherwise it would have to check for every file in every directory and it would take ages to load.)
Do exactly like this: Close the game, delete the old directory, copy yours and change version number in modinfo.lua. After that, there's no way the game can detect the mod should be updated.

The update is super minor, I've just added a configuration option for iron rarity. This will only affect worldgen and does not make a difference client-side. You can definitely keep your old version and just change version number in modinfo.lua to 1.62 so the game does not try to update it

I just got rid of sugarwood forest after finding out the firepit issue, I've also made alot of personal tweaks to this version of moar metals, so idk if I'd want to make the switch at this point! >.>

@originalmaja Someone reported the isssue just before your message. However, I have not developed Moar Metals and have completely stopped supporting it, you should probably use the original mod instead. I will add new features in Megarandom to support the original mod soon (eg earthquakes dropping iron).and make the same things as this mod does.

@Terra I can't reproduce the issue you're describing on my side. I don't think it comes from this mod alone, maybe it conflicts with another one or the changes you've done.
Though,there's a problem with iron, since Multi Worlds also created their own version of it. But then it's just about renaming prefabs and decreasing mod priority, so I think I'll fix this issue some day.

It's a sad thing this megarandom version of moar metals is abandoned. I've had fun making personal tweaks to it though. However now there's an issue where firepits won't show the fire sprite anymore(they still provide heat and light when lit, just no fire sprite.)

I prefer this version over the original(cause it goes so well with megarandom), if you know the coding to fix it just tell me and I'll edit it myself, I've already done enough personal tweaks to this that an update would just ruin it all anyway.

The original mod i've based this on has resumed updating his mod again, so I won't support this mod anymore in the future unless there are really easy issues to solve. If you don't use Megarandom I'd strongly advise you use the original mod for your future games.

IMO new items are too colorful. You should make it using DS's color patette, I think. Maybe decreasing saturation to 1/2 will help.

I hope you're not disappointed by this. I am not modding DST anymore but if I do in the future, I will try to give you ownership of the mod, so it will better reflect that I just added tweaks for compatibility.

(Note that I would be ready to make the mod private in case you want it.)

At the time I uploaded this (July 2017), your mod had the tag ABANDONED and had a specific comment from you that you allowed people to make new mods from it.

I tried to give you proper credits in the mod description but I just felt like I hadn't to do anything else besides.

To clarify, I did a separate mod because I've added a fix specifically for compatibility with a mod I have published (MegaRandom). When I used your original mod without tweaks the boulders didn't spawn at all of with glitched rates. I have done some small changes and made the boulders spawn in the new rooms I introduced. I stated it clearly in the description that the mod is yours with a link to the original.

Now that it is said, please let me know if you are still concerned with the wording of the description or the use I have done of your mod.

I happend to be using this mod and for some reason it stopped working with the show me mod, I don't know why, but it was working fine a few weeks ago last time I had used them in conjunction.

Regardless of the setting I have chosen for compatability with throwable spears, it crashes when I also have throwable weapons on (which uses the same code that throwable spears does). I can just add it to the throwable weapons mod if it'll help.

@Coola101 Yeah, unfortunately. The current method I use to add boulders is very buggy. Either there will be too few boulders or too many, I couldn't adjust it inbetween, so I chose to make them rare. Anyways, this mod comes from an abandoned mod and there are many small bugs. I personally just use it to have more diversity on the map and rarely craft the items.

Eventually you will come across the resources when exploring the map. Cobalt and tungsten positions are very random but you should always find them in certain biomes. Cobalt in the beach biome and tungsten in the snow biome. Iron spawn is completely random, but you can get iron by mining stalagmites in the caves now.

Can we have the abbility to customize the abbilities of the Iron/CXobalt gear, and the spawn rate of them (I only found like 3 rusty boulders on the surface( all in the meteor biome), and no cobalt at all, and only one tungsten rock.
