how its work, i´ve tried lower, higher, more inside sea , more inside streets, and now ship spawned.... could you help with a tutorial? thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply and no worries! I will just use the 'modern' Riverport of yours. But you know, when you cannot have something you want it even more. Maybe you can just let me know if you can find a solution, also if you dont.

But I also have the Distance Too Short issue with this one. I have tried everything you suggested in the comments below. Unfortunately nothing worked for me. There is actually nowhere on my map where it would let me build it (so Move It! doesnt help either).Is there a fix or a new idea?

Иногда бывает совсем туго с фотками в гугле, их очень мало для нужного здания, вот и приходится основываться на том что видишь и додумывать некоторые элементы самому, как в BI City Seoul.

Существующие здания, да. Использую карты яндекса, фото из гугла, и если повезет то чертеж здания хотя бы общий контур снаружи.

А ты по фото делаешь ?

Спасибо. Ну а мне в свою очередь очень интересно делать здание которое никогда не видел в реальной жизни, на радость другим людям. :)
Кстати сообщаю что в скором времени я добавлю еще одно здание из Красноярска.

Sorry – I really want to use your port but with the “distance too short” problem not solved, I cannot do so.

I've tried placing the port one third of the way across an 81-tile city from the shipping line and it STILL says Distance Too Short. So, although I realize I could be wrong, I'm fairly certain the problem is on your end and I cannot solve it.

I have to unsubscribe for now but will watch your wonderful port mod closely to see if you solve the problem. If you every do, I will gladly resubscribe as it is a beautiful port and I so very much want to put it in my game.

Question (part 2)
I've created a bay with a coastline that is straight and a bit hgher than the waterline....so no longer get the warning "cannot build on water", but I'm still getting the Distance Too Short message. I've tried placing the Riverport as far away from my shipping line as I can get it, which is quite a long way, and it still gives me the same message.

Please note that Vanilla cargo ports and the modded cargo port I use in-game have no problem with the distance from my shipping lines. How far away from the shipping lines have you got your port set for? Knowing that would help me adjust my port area to suit your mod.

Question (part 1)
I'm having the same problem as our previous commenter .... I keep getting the message DISTANCE TOO SHORT.

Your remedy for this is unclear to me.
1) what do you mean by PAVED SHIP LINES ?
2) And what do you mean by ALIGN THE COASTLINE?
