The armor is sometimes shiney depending on the settings in game. i think its the color corrector that does it. it was shiny for me the first time then i changed a bunch of settings and it was normal.

I once had an addon that had a master chief NPC and NPC's of the marine characters.

how do I spawn him?

Its really cool, but why is his armor so damn reflective? Last time I checked, his armor isn't THAT shiny.
