That would be impossible for me since I use Windows 10, sorry.
Unfortunately I accidently deleted most of my early models' original Source files so the shape keys are very unlikely to be fixed. As for posing the eyes, I would strongly recommend the Enhanced Faceposer tool to enable you to achieve invertable posing. Hence, you can invert the "eyes looking up" key to make it look down.
Just wanted to notice you about that.
Well, if the original MMD author stated in the description that he/she allows the model to be "re-distributed", then I may consider it.
