Excellent. Looking forward to more.

Nice puzzle. Sure takes a while at the beginning to get going but starts to make sense once you've been around the circuit a few times . I, for one, an a fan of the ledge and no cube throwing ...Thank you for that.
Joric 5 Oct, 2020 @ 7:51am
Didn't use the ledge at all. Probably unintended then.
Joric 5 Oct, 2020 @ 7:49am
My playthrough (2 minutes): https://youtu.be/xANM2OTAlxY good map but lacks twist in the end.
Aneonen 12 Aug, 2020 @ 2:56pm
Very enjoyable puzzle. The flow was great, and the steps all looped over each other really nicely. The redesign is also great - lots of quality of life improvements like the ledge next to the storage cube dropper so one of the moves doesn't need to be done super quickly.

Still a brilliant puzzle, which probably took me almost as long as the first time circa 3 years ago.

Nice puzzle, although I wished a little bit that the sightlines in the beginning weren't so obstructed so it could be done without the sound cue. I did find some unintended solutions. The cube can be thrown across the water, and once you get on top of the grate near the end you never have to leave it because you can move a cube on and off and on the funnel button with quick portal placements.

@wildgoosespeeder Thank you!
K7 Avenger  [author] 17 Mar, 2019 @ 11:22am
@Teo Yes I remember it being possible that way, but I also remember it included a move where you had to be very fast with your portal placement or something, which is why I left that out. Thanks for playing.
wildgoosespeeder 17 Mar, 2019 @ 10:09am
Lots of cube swapping and cube sacrificing. Great puzzle!
Teo 17 Mar, 2019 @ 9:56am
I forgot to say this earlier but I found a way to solve it without using the ledge at 2:36 in your solution video. If you do a cube swap so the companion cube is on the flip-panel button and the standard is on the reverse button, you can get yourself up to the end platform, kill the companion cube, have it respawn on your head, kill the standard cube, catch it with the funnel, and then pull both you and the companion cube into the funnel. I originally solved it like this and was going to comment about it but forgot.

God damn it dude every time I beat one of your maps it becomes my new favorite map. Amazing puzzle
Nobody No-One 30 Jul, 2018 @ 8:28pm
Nice remake. I have played Braintwist 2: Destruction so there wasn't much new in this map, but I did like the aesthetics. Thumbs up.

This was a very clever map, which I think I made more complicated than it was at time :)

@quaternary My maps are usually quitte small so I wanted to try something different. Glad you liked it.

excellent
K7 Avenger  [author] 22 Jul, 2017 @ 8:46am
@bullfrog Thank you bullfrog! Yes that's why, but next time I might just use beemod to give cubes different colours.
bullfrog 22 Jul, 2017 @ 2:06am
Brilliant puzzle and a worthy “sequel to Hydra”. I assume you use a Weighted and a Companion Cube so that you can more easily keep track of which cube is which? Thumbs up and added to favourites.
K7 Avenger  [author] 21 Jul, 2017 @ 2:40pm
@BRUCE That is a game glitch and seem to happen because of the grating. I think I can add a small ledge at the top next to it so that can't be abused. Thank you for your feedback.
Fatso 21 Jul, 2017 @ 12:29pm
@K7 also not sure if you are aware of this, but a player can use the tractor beam and pull them self up to the grating on the ceiling and for what ever reason it holds the player a sec. before droping them allowing them to make it over the goo. Thought I would let you know.
K7 Avenger  [author] 21 Jul, 2017 @ 1:11am
@BRUCE ah that's fine, I actually knew about that quick portal placement. The ledge is there to make it a bit easier. you use the blue funnel to destroy the cube into the fizzler, then place a portal on the right wall which pushes the cube onto the ledge after it dropped from the dispenser. Then you portal to the funnel switch cube which changes the polarity. And then with the orange funnel you can pull the cube from the ledge again. But your solution is fine too. Thanks for the video.
Fatso 20 Jul, 2017 @ 7:43pm
I'm thinking I solved it as intended, not sure what the ledge is for and didn't need to toss any cubes. Here is my Video of how I solved it.
Psychological Atom 20 Jul, 2017 @ 5:41pm
Awesome chamber! So much logic that we needed for a funnel puzzle. Thumbs up and favorite!
K7 Avenger  [author] 20 Jul, 2017 @ 4:09pm
@BRUCE I'm guessing you switched the cubes and threw one into the funnel above you?
Fatso 20 Jul, 2017 @ 4:03pm
Later I will make a video of how I solved it as it sounds like I may have done something different, than intended way.
K7 Avenger  [author] 20 Jul, 2017 @ 4:02pm
@BRUCE But glad you liked it! I'll check it out.
K7 Avenger  [author] 20 Jul, 2017 @ 4:01pm
@BRUCE That was added so people wouldn't have to quickly shoot their portals to catch the cube with the funnel. Maybe I'll remove it.
Fatso 20 Jul, 2017 @ 3:27pm
Oh btw what was that little ledge for i never could understand it other than maybe tossing the cube up there but I didn't think that was the intended way so I didn't do it.
Fatso 20 Jul, 2017 @ 3:20pm
Great tractor beam puzzle enjoyed solving this one. Thumbs up!!! If you don't mine try my latest map LIFT
Libbybapa 20 Jul, 2017 @ 3:00pm
@MMF, I see what you are saying. Yes, that eliminates the timing. Actually forcing that sequence would be good, IMO.
Magma 20 Jul, 2017 @ 2:27pm
@K7 Avenger Hold on, since you have a funnel stored by that point you don't even need the destruction trick again. Just press the button once more to get cube 1 back into the funnel.
K7 Avenger  [author] 20 Jul, 2017 @ 2:24pm
@jgaultney Glad you liked it and thanks for the favourite!
K7 Avenger  [author] 20 Jul, 2017 @ 2:22pm
@MagmaMcFry Ah I see, that makes sense, I didn't think of solving it that way. I never use cube tossing in my maps which is why I was afraid to include it in this one, since my followers know I wouldn't do something like that
jgaultney 20 Jul, 2017 @ 2:09pm
A teriffic puzzle and sequel to Hydra. Thumbs up and favorited. :steamhappy:
Magma 20 Jul, 2017 @ 2:08pm
That's why the flip panel in my version is only two blocks off the ground, so you can toss cube 1 inside without having to do the first destruction trick again.
