yes, the prop is installed but this says it has a "private" version of the asset used instead.

Workshop asset requires private content, seems like asset bug

I have the Loading Screen Mod installed and it is telling me that "Workshop asset requires private content". I believe you used your original private asset of the 1x1 Dark Parking instead of the one you shared on the Workshop.

here's a link to a collection of props I usually use in my assets. the most important to get are the lights, tables with chairs and the grasses.

i can't link the items used, because the site doesn't show all my props i have subscribbed. the umbrellas are built into the asset, but you'll need the chairs, trashcans, grasses and lights.

Oh, infinitesworld, does this building require the really nice table/chair set, grasses and the special umbrella I see in the pic? If yes, you can add them to required items button on the right so that they will show up correctly in game. Again nice work!

I haven't made a carl's because there's a few on the workshop already. i could probably make a better one though. i'll get to it eventually lol.
