Assets missing are Air ducks 1,2, and 3. Otherwise, great tower.

I have the no road connection as well. It seems that the building snaps to a road on the opposite side of the actual entrance to the building. The little blue arrow showing where the road connection to the building should be shows the other way...

This is the only building that I can only place once, even with Not So Unique Buildings mod. Still a great asset

btw how did you make the transparent texture

Be careful about people selling fake versions of this mod on the subway.

Yeh that would make sense, as the sub building also has those simulations, so if the road is not connected, then they cant pick up garbage etc

SUR:(((((ON it appears after some time I am getting crime and rubbish issue icons I have strange feeling it is for glass subbuilding

Hi! I love the building even it was a bit to tall for my city ( I have only one over 200m tower) but i sunk it into the ground to reduce it to 200m :) looks really cool. Any way I have little problem with the building - the glass subbuilding on the top - the rubbish is not being collected from that part, and it is the only building with this issue in the city :( Any recomendation how to fix it ?

The building looks really nice, but I have some problem with RICO. For some reason, I can only plop this building once in my city. Not sure if this is intended or not

Thanks, very generous of you. I´m glad I found your assets again. I had subscribed to some already, then cleared and reinstalled the game and then I couldn´t find them again because of your impossible name =)

Ye it's a cool idea, unfortunately that would require the sub-building mod instead of the built-in sub-building feature. I'm personally not a big fan of having to use a mod for the asset to work at all.

Great as always! Would be nice tho for future mixed-use assets if you could add sub-buildings so we can have multiple RICO settings to reflect its different uses, e.g. main building for office and sub-building for residential.

Wow, this is one of the most beautiful works I have seen for this game. That sweet atrium on top together with that awesome nightlights... superb! Could you post a sample of the illumination map somewhere? I´m still struggling with it.
