I want that new weapon! it's a good assembled for engineer's dispenser prototype!

what if

slowly get more ammo when not attacking
receive health slowly as if there was a dspencer near you but 50% less efficient than a lv 1
receive 75 percent less ammo and health from packs
when a medic is healing you,your passive healing goes away

Alright so the TF_WEAPON_DISPENSER_GUN string was added to the game some time in 2010, 2 years before this was uploaded here to the Workshop. Was this submitted to Valve in 2010 before the Workshop was around?

Actually it may have been this one and not Clockwork Brain's Provisioner. Clockwork is too new to have been the one considered. Yours is roughly from around the same range.

I discovered something in the TF2 source code leak that could hint at this weapon having been considered. The tf weapon string "TF_WEAPON_DISPENSER_GUN" was found in the leak. It could have been this particular model, or it could have been the other Provisioner on the Workshop, the one for the Engineer. Info on the string can be seen on http://tcrf.net/Development:Team_Fortress_2

What about a sentry-inspired minigun?

I can see this as a Support Huo Long Heater in it's effects.

Love all the hard work put into this! It's a beautiful model. I wouldn't want this in the game for one reason: it takes the 'Team' out of 'Team Fortress 2.' Do you agree?

I think the model should be brightened a bit. It's too dark compared to a normal dispenser or the average team colors. Otherwise, it's a wonderful item! I hope to see it in the Heavy Update (if it ever actually comes out).

The range for the healing needs to be rased, what it is now is just to small.

a stat for this should be more health from all healing items and faster healing from dispensers

This should not be added, the healing from ALT fire on the mini gun would affect medic big time and would take longer to build my charge. We're looking to improve heavy here, not nerf medic.

The stats on Karma Charger's demonstration vid would be perfect for this weapon

I think it would be cool if instead of having the regular spin up sound it uses a modified version of the dispencer healing sound instead.

I like your suggested stats, but I think as an additional optional disadvantage, it could have -50% max ammo so they have to rely on the regen more, too.
