Gracias. Thank you. I always look for these mods from my country. I tried the one from Civ5 and well, it's not bad, although it always goes wrong against Sandino in that game ... :-) I'm going to try this one, but it catches my attention that it didn't include a military unit, although I recognize that is in line with the national self-image

Let me just tell how much I love you for adding this XD Thank you a lot. I always wanted to play as my country. You should metion that its also a country without and army since 1949 even do at the times of Juan Rafeal mora Porras it did had an army.

I've put together another civ icon for you if you're interested! It's using some of the major elements of Costa Rica's coat of arms in a simplified form that fits in stylistically with Civ 6's other icons:

All mods don't work for me after the summer update... I tries many one by one and all prevent me from starting a game

This mod is awesome, I was able to win a cultural victory playing as Costa Rica on King Difficulty! I found it is great for doing that, and I think it's one of the best Modded Civs I've played so far.

Nice mod I think it has portrayed the characteristics of Costa Rica very nicely, unlike some of the vanilla Civs which have very artificial and silly characteristics. The only thing that seems a bit too much is doubling the great people points. I have nothing bad to say about CR writers, artists, musicians and merchants, but they aren't exactly very outstanding either as to make it a national characteristic and I feel it is overpowered. Why not double Generals, Admirals and Prophets too while you're at it... Otherwise, muy bonito mod felicidades!

@Rick Sanchez Have you tried asking on the CivFanatics Forums?
VoodooRanja 24 Jul, 2017 @ 12:45am
Hey, I'm making a mod that has a similar format to yours and I was wondering how you configured your textures. No matter what I do my textures are question marks and blanks, thank you.
Norton 23 Jul, 2017 @ 8:03pm
Understandable.

Is the thing that is in the bottom of the costa rica coat of arms. I was looking for something easy to do, and easy to distinguish when used as an icon next to the cities names.
