@ Gm Space Mops, Icy and Steve: In the Scenario Editor save dialogue one has to check “publish in the dialogue New Game” (or similar, retranslated from the German version).
And, by the way, when you publish a scenario please use the the same specific(!) name for this article and the file. Thanks in advance!

Wasn't listed in Scenarios but I could find it in the Scenario editor, even when subscribed to missing assets. No idea what's up with that lol, maybe something broke in the SH update?

Il faut le DLC Mass Transit.

La ville est très grande et très mal bâtie : cela donne un challenge intéressant... à condition d'aimer jouer sur pause (le délai de 100 semaines est bien trop court).
Après 4 tentatives (et sans mod activé), je n'arrive pas à dépasser 135 000 habitants).

Freezes instead of loading. Might consider listing required DLC or Mods.
