I'm not sure if androids can be recharged with power producing buildings since from what I can remember they need solar dusters and batteries.
But if you can charge androids with power producing buildings, then you'd have to place the portable generator on the ground for it to power anything

From my experience, it is quite time consuming just to change the name. ; )
Updated all my mods to have the tag [CP] in the beginning and (B18) in the end, maybe it's not pretty to look at from Steam Workshop, but from the in-game mod list when you're trying to go through hundreds of mods it helps.

you can add a localised toxic fallout near it. Would be more balanced.
