@Guitar solo! The description is written weird, what it does is change your hearts to be like ??? for the rest of the run, it doesnt actually affect red heart drops

This item is too good. Twice as good as mitre, and a damage upgrade? Either make it a 2 heart deal or remove one of the three effects

Cheers! I was thinking empty, black eyes with blood pouring out, but that looks too similar to the Book of Belial costume so I'm not sure yet.

Should've tested it with the keeper, spawns 5 blue flies and takes away all of your HP, leaving you one hit from death. I'll fix this and push an update out.

Red Hearts still spawn, it replaces your Red Heart containers with Soul Hearts.

I like the idea, but i dont think its working properly. I just gave it to myself but red hearts were still spawning. Is that a bug or was i reading the desc. wrong?
