Blocks of water do not collide with leaves. So maybe when you finish the blueprint, try to go out and get back to the server, maybe it will solve, because there are not blocks of leaves directly under the water for this type of problem.

should i place the water blocks before the leaves? because when i put them afterwards they spread over everything.
