Every time I try to spawn it in it just immediately crashes the game. I've got both required addons installed.

Try to redownload the addon. Delete the GMA file in your addon folder and restart your game or unsubscribe from the addon, type spawnmenu_cleanupgmas in the console and subscribe to it again.

My prior method of extracting models no longer works and as far as I'm aware it's impossible to extract models from the game. I do still have the Engine 49 model on hand

They're running a modified version of Photon which allows for the custom sirens that they've added. The standard version found on the workshop has overrides in place if you attempt to add a custom siren

It doesn't? Odd.. I ask because the Limelight Dark RP Server has a Custom Powercall siren for Photon. Wondered if you could. Thanks for the response!

Current version of Photon doesn't support custom sirens and won't be updated any further. That functionality will most likely be with Photon EX

Can you add a powercall siren to Photon then? It should be a simple 6 second sound file that loops.
