The confusion is something from dove instead of the flower interestingly enough.

If you were to glitch dove an axe or longsword, for example, it'd attack like normal, but confuse them instead of harm them. (Although you wouldn't see this since dove usually instantly dies when having any non-base-dagger/flower weapon)

I got dove's flower weapon, it didn't confuse enemies instead it acted like a normal dagger but wasn't throwable.

Boots of speed in the Necrodancer 1 fight are silly. Move twice in a row and you can reposition without walls.

I got a run that did 12 damage with a rapier and boots of speed. I don't remember much that happened after, it was a blur.

Incidentally, I was going to make a mod like this. Glad you beat me to it, you did it much better than I would have! (and I don't have to work for it now :P)
