Because the player who gets the upgrades first may lose the first round, but is little bit OP in the second and third I think.
Another game is up. I will be hosting under the game room name STRONGST ARMY CHALLENGE for hours.
And... best scenario ever. Me and THATsSICK played several times. Anyone else wanna play?

Okay I'm gonna host a game of Strongest Army Challenge 1v1
1. To make the fights fair, you'll need to enable "All Techs" at the start of every game to avoid some civs from getting special military bonuses which potentially gives them an edge in battle (unless you want it that way)
2. Disable some of the techs in the University, Blacksmith, Barracks, Stable, etc that's not required in battles. (Example Arson: There are no buildings to attack so why have it.)
Otherwise great job glad I was able to play with you before it was even published.
