@J.F.K.O this is not a bug. Averages are weird but its not 1-2 per day, but it is much more frequent than vanilla. This is so you have a chance to build an army/work force quick enough to deal with what will come, and to allow rebuilding after an attack that rips down your pawns a little more practical.

love the mod i'ts nice to have frequent attacks but i've found a bug of some sorts i think. im getting 1-2 rescue pods every day, and does this also make it easier to recruit prisoners and visitors?

no it was persistent, i harvested all their organs as soon as my colonists captured them but i only realised as i saw the addiction while they were being operated on, they also had 3 super focus with them when they crashed down

@Razekiller, did the addiction go away almost instantly? Pawns can spawn with addiciton but it should have no negetive effects and should go away very quickly.

hey i saw a pawn with a super focus addiction that came from a fallen escape pod, since the description implied this was not intentional i thought i should tell u

@DaddioPB1, Yes, but the game will be fairly easy due to it being balanced for the storyteller.

hey i saw on you're video for a17 there was 5 bits of it one was the main one of them was for bionics and one for factions on for turrets one for wepons and armours did you take them all and put them into the same mod when the game was updated to b18?

@Nickname34 it lasts 12 hours so if you set it for twice per day you will always be on super focus.

I was keeping an eye out for a good looking mod with a nice pack of weapons and generators for a while.
For the generators there are others, and I have yet to try out RimArsenal, but I also like green a lot, and "green" is the lowest tier in the power generation pack I found last week, so I'd have to edit it myself to turn green into the strongest tier which I might still do.
Then your mod came along, and I saw all of what I was looking for in just simple relaxing green overpoweredness that would allow me to maybe move beyond sitting behind a wall of turrets in a mountain forever on the lowest difficulty setting.
So the mod itself is too big of a step for me to try out currently, but maybe with the items being separate, I could work my way up to it.

I understand what you're saying and thank you for writing out this clear reply.
I'm not too fuzzed about balance in vanilla though, so for me no additional rebalancing would be needed.

I'm a bit of a chicken sometimes who just wants to relax, and I wouldn't mind these weapons even in a vanilla setting. Maybe it would allow me to finally up the storyteller difficulty a bit and go beyond making a 5 star hotel.

@ Zasso The orignal plan was to have the mod split into multiple parts but steam does not allow that without it being multiple mods all together. The problem being how you would want it to be. Everything is being balanced to the core section of the mod so using the turrets, weapons and generators on their own without the core would make the massivly to OP for vanilla. I can look into making them into different mods balanced with vanilla but right now my priority is to fix and expand the full mod. I will look into spliting off some things once I get the full mod "done" to a point where I do not plan to add anything else.

The main reason barbed wire got to be a mod by itself is because I felt it was somthing that can be very useful in standard rimworld and there was no other barbed wire mod I could find that actually did damage so I felt there was some demand for it (I was right, more current subscribers to barbed with than there is to US by quite a bit)

Do you have any plans to separate the gear, weapons, generators and all that from the invasion part of the mod allowing certain aspects to be turned on/off?
From watching your youtube videos I think I really like what you did with the turrets, guns, gear and all that(not to mention I really like the green graphics touches), but I would like to try it out in a "normal" scenario and am a bit worried about the raids and what not.
You already did this for the barbed wire, but would it be too much work to do this for the other bits of the mod?

im playing this mod with the actually deadly for vanilla and rts weapon pack which causes raids to be even more deadly as most weapon take limbs or nearly destroy torso, so if you want it to be a bit more of a challenge try this
