I'm 98.35% sure this will be accepted by DE. I'm hoping the metallic bits can be custom colored in game.
Suggestion: I do agree with the comment section, continuing downwards with a cloak fabric would make this syandana complete.
If instead you have a mindset to make this part of an attachment set piece, that would also work great.
