It looks sick and could possibly fit into tf asthetic but Im not sure it should be for pyro or medic. they dont seem like characters that would use them. Also you should add some sound effects to the item to make them more knife like instead of them making the sound of a baseball bat when you stab people.

Well, I would take away Spy from being the class that does not have this. And Demoman too. Why?

Alt fire for a 35 damage bleed causing attack with the other knife.

Nice model, but I believe it doesn't fit all-class, let alone being two knives. Get only one for spy.
