Well, not even the stock launcher, currently, shows what bombs you have in the pill chamber. The only times the grenades show on all launchers is when you're either reloading or firing them,

Eventually we will release a mod version, as we will with most of our recent submissions, but currently Ertz and I are occupied with different projects right now and down't currently have the time. We simply ask that you be patient for the time being.

I quite like the detailing on this (off-center front sights, grip, stock). The cylinder interior seems untextured. Other than that this is a fine submission.
