Smoke. King. I think with a little work adjusting the mesh to actually fit the shape of spys head, and a little less plasticky texture, you would have a winner!

Might be better if you also made the hat team coloured by default, but also made it paintable. Valve would be more likely to go for it that way as they will sell more paint ;)

You could only make his mask green in a separate item released at another time. For example if someone also made a workshop submission which made the spy's mask paintable; Valve can't help it if people choose to paint the mask green and combine it with a yellow hat so that it resembles a fictitious character which happens to be copyrighted.
