The only thing that's actually different on launch is that it'll add the 'test' button regardless of the dealer type, which is this:
if(!used) m.addItem(new ResourceRef(frontend:0x9C12r), Input.AXIS_MENU, null, null, 1);
line, just without the "if(!used)"
That's the only new thing that could POSSIBLY be causing it to crash on loading, but I seriously doubt it...
So... what about that error.log?
Works fine on my end and there's very little difference between this and the original file, I'm 99% sure it's just the original dealer code being derpy.
Also what's in your error.log?
and... see if starting a new career fixes it!
