Hello, since i don't know how to chnage Tamplates etc. could you maybe do for me a LAPD Version? (You don't have to do it, you can choose)

The template is public, just extract the texture file and overlap the layers. If you know how to make your own skins you will know how to do this.

You can extract it and edit the texture file if you would like but I will not be making any reskins.
