It's cool'n all, but for balance I'd say they should be unlockable only by the psi-lab and that they shouldn't be easy 100 aim. Game kinda feels boring this way.

Cool mod, intriguing ideas and clever execution. 9/10

Do you think you could implement the most important fixes here too? This mod may be of more interest to those of us still running vanilla / LW2 if you'd support this version as well. I think there are quite a lot of us, frankly.

Okay, after about half an hour of frustration and brute-force I got it to work.
There were several problems actually, one of which being load order.
I had no idea the alternative mod launcher even existed before now, but it really helps a lot.

It's completely broken for me.
No icons, no perks, nothing.
The game doesn't crash, but nothing is loading.
This happens with LW2 and WoTC (with the WoTC verson, of course).
Help?

Upload the crash log to hastebin.com and send me the URL, it's possible that there are non-lag related causes. I don't see a way of making it more lagfriendly without removing the world damage effect.

Also, yes, the radius is supposed to be 350. It's not called Extinction Event for no reason.

For every class I get the same bug. Namely, after an attack performed by each of your soldier classes. After their first attack, they get panicked and stays in panick mode for the rest of the mission. I try to revive them with a Specialist, but that does not work either. This happened in LW2. Have not tried these classes with WOTC yet.

Yeah much love to this pack of classes. I don't use comanders choice and have about 50 classes in my version of long war, so when these guys came up I would get excited.

It's certainly possible. I probably won't ever do it though, because I'm currently planning a revamp of how you access these classes in the Strategy layer, and I won't be allowing you to change their armor, weapons, or equipment.

I miss these classes. I don't use commanders choice and I use alot of different class mods, so when my guy levels up for the first time its acutally quite exciting to see what I get. Plus I liked the fact that someitmes you use a psychic ability, and they have a nervous breakdown.

Of course! It will probably take longer than most other mods, but I'm already mostly done. I will also be shipping some more compatibility stuff (no need for LW at all).

Did some editing to it and made the Whisper's secondary a Gremlin and they Nova's a sawn off. Mostly a suggestion, not sure how balanced it is, but it fixes the lack of a secondary in LW2.

Mostly because I'm lazy or forgetful. Please report missing config values, incorrect tooltips, misleading tooltips/documentation, and legitimate bugs in the bug report discussion and I'll see what I can do.

This is pretty fun to play with so far. Just as a quick question, why are some cooldowns in the ini missing or hidden? I can't seem to make some balance changes to skills such as the cooldown for ShadowStrike.

Outside of that this mod is pretty cool, but it still needs a little polish as some instructions involving the base ability set are somewhat confusing and the occasional bug.

Bloodlust does force you out of the meld at a certain point. I'm not sure I say anywhere what exactly the threshold is. I intend to make it RNG at some point.

@ctrl-z bloodlust decreases mobility per stack (2 per stack, i believe) and feedback forces you out of the meld and into panic. Bloodlust also may or may not force you out of the meld, the higher the stack amount is, though I'm not sure on that one.

Thank you for this awesome mod can't wait until war of the chosen so you can work on it more freely without having to worry about if you add something if will it create a conflict with the new content from war of the chosen.

It gives the psi and will bonus. Ideally you would combo it with Triangulation to apply all of the other perks on the tree to enemies without having to be close to them.

However I admit that in execution this is not very good at all, which is why I want to replace the perk at some point.

Thx! Another question - Meld Induction (Force a unit into the Meld). As i undestend, entering meld gives soldier psi and will bonus, right? But what does it do to the enemies?

YHME: Rising Tides soldiers that are in the meld together will all use the highest available hacking stat.

Since Whisper has very high hacking, it means he can share this with the other soldiers in the pack.
