Sorry.

Always enjoy your scenarios including this one. Only one minor problem in the briefing it stated to drop off 223340 at La Mirada Track #5996. Believe it should have been 223340 and 223899.

RBJets, I believe it best to leave all the info you provided. It is clear and concise, and should alleviate any possible confusion regarding the progression of your Pacific Surfliner series. You might consider adding one line stating that the rebooted scenarios in this series REPLACE the original scenarios, as opposed to being alternate versions (as in your Canadian Mountain Passes series, where both the originals and reboots remain available and playable).

OK, I just dont know if all the info I posted about geeting an older version of a scenario is needed or not. thanks.

RBJets, I can't give you a definitive answer right now, but will be able to do so once you upload the new versions of Pacific Surfliner Yard Work parts 5 thru 7. Let me explain. When I saw your plan for the rebooted scenarios, I renamed my original versions of Yard Work parts 1 thru 7. I was hoping when I subscribed to the revised versions, I would wind up with both, lol. However, that did not happen. After subscribing to the new versions, playing either the original (renamed) version or the rebooted version, brought up the SW 1500. Why, I don't know. Then I started running into problems with the game loading (as previously mentioned - not related to your scenarios), and I unsubscribed from all workshop scenarios. The game is working now, and my only downloaded workshop scenarios are the original versions of Pacific Surfliner Yard Work parts 5 thru 7 (without renaming). So once you reboot Yard Work part 5, I'll let you know if it automatically updates with the new locomotive.

So did your game automaticly updat to the new version? I wasn't sure about posting all the above info when posting a newer version.

Thank you for the reply RBJets. All is good (aside from my game crashing issues which hopefully I'm on the verge of fixing). Keep up the great work.

how is Marias Pass coming and Pacific surfliner
RBJets  [author] 8 Aug, 2017 @ 5:57pm
Thanks fyu, I thought about doing it that way, maybe should of. sorry bout that..i'm just making the entire series with the same DLC to keep things kinda simple...I plan on using the 1500 in the future, I got more complaints about the 1500 when first starting this series than good comments so I thought nobody would really mind the loco change..I'll keep the 1500 alive somewhere in the future.

@RBJets - Are the first four scenarios of this series available to download in their original format, using the SW 1500? I understand the reason for the locomotive change, and that's totally cool, but would love to have the SW 1500 versions if possible. I had them at one time, but was forced to unsubscribe and then (slowly) resubscribe to all my workshoip scenarios due to a game loading problem (unrelated to your scenarios). When you switched out the SW 1500 in your Canadian Mountain Passes series, you kept both the original and new versions of the scenarios (labeling the new version NON-SW1500). Is it possible to do the same with the scenarios you're rebooting here? If too much work, no problem at all. Thank you for all of your wonderful series uploaded to the workshop. They've provided great enjoyment.
